Returns

We accept returns only when your product reaches you damaged or defective. Your trust matters to us, and we’ll make it right in those cases.

  • Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as you notice the issue, with a quick photo if possible — it helps us help you faster.
  • We can only take up return requests that reach us within the window below — after that, we’re unable to process them, but we’re always here for product questions.
3 days from delivery Let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. After that, we won’t be able to accept a return — we hope that feels fair for everyone.

Cancellations

Cancellations depend on how you paid and whether your parcel has already left us. We’ve kept it simple:

  • Prepaid orders (paid online upfront) — once placed, we’re not able to cancel or refund. We prepare and pack quickly so your order reaches you on time.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — you can cancel before we ship. After it’s on the way, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can still reach out if you need help.
After shipping Once your order has shipped, we can’t cancel it. If there’s a problem with what you received, our returns section above explains when we can step in.
Prepaid — quick reminder Online prepaid orders can’t be cancelled or refunded after payment. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to answer questions on WhatsApp before you place your order.
